A polyphony of voices, popular choruses, and ghosts intertwine to tell the story of a woman engaged in social struggles - defense of the homosexual cause, fight against AIDS, hymns of peace- yet profoundly desperate in her intimate life.
Between glory and solitude, between light and darkness, Dalida chooses her destiny. A modern tragedy, where the stage becomes a mirror, and where collective memory merges with personal confession: "Life is unbearable to me. Forgive me."
